A Sociopath Behind the CJNG Video, and His Brother… behind Izaguirre's Ranch
A new version was reported by two sources to Pie de Nota, revealing the operation of two individuals behind the discoveries in Teuchitlán and a video allegedly from the CJNG.
LOS ANGELES, California. — The man in front of the camera is a puppet. A person used to fake his voice “to give it more authority,” using words that are not his own, standing before a camera to read something he didn’t write. Behind the camera is the author of that statement attributed to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). His nickname is ‘El Sapo.’ His real name is Hugo Gonzalo Mendoza Gaytán.
Two sources—one from the intelligence division of the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA) and another, a former member of ‘El Sapo’s’ forces in Jalisco—revealed to Pie de Nota the criminal structure of this CJNG cell and offered details about who might be behind the controversial video trying to distance itself from the events at Rancho Izaguirre.
The man in front of the camera is his younger brother, whose name is unknown but who shares the same last name and is nicknamed ‘El Tío’ or ‘El Rufles.’ Among the men behind ‘El Tío’ is ‘El Sapo’s’ second-in-command, his secretary, known as ‘David.’
‘El Sapo's’ structure reportedly consists of him at the top, with the only person above him being ‘El Apá,’ which is how Mendoza Gaytán refers to Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, El Mencho.
Below him is ‘David,’ responsible for communications—referred to by the source as “the media,” meaning radios—and for all of ‘El Sapo’s’ orders.
On the third level is ‘El Tío,’ ‘El Sapo’s’ brother, in charge of the sicarios (hitmen), their training… and Izaguirre Ranch. ‘El Tío’ reportedly maintains training camps in the municipalities of Ameca, Tala, Ahualulco, Etzatlán, and others.
